Navigating Conflict in the Classroom

Uncivil behaviour can compromise the learning environment in our courses, making it harder for us to teach and for students to learn. In this session, participants will learn about proactive steps they can take to mitigate these behaviours or stop them from occurring in the first place, as well as strategies for responding to uncivil behaviours before they get out of hand.

The workshop will be facilitated by Leslie Reid, Associate Dean of Teaching and Learning.
